Notes: the Italian BluRay disc has H.264 MPEG-4 AVC Video at a very low 14Mbps average
bitrate, 
and it's an awful 1080i interlaced transfer, it surely doesn't look good, really a fake BluRay release.

German BluRay release offers 19Mbps average bitrate, which is high quality.
If that wasn't enough, the
Italian BluRay audio (and the same track is on the Italian DVD release as well) 
is just a lame awful AC3 2.0
192Kbps... which confirms that the Italian distributor is selling a fraud there. 
So the 2.0 audio has been
re-sampled, enhanced, re-synched, re-constructed to 7.1 and re-encoded
at maximum DTS-HD MA quality (and converted
to 24bit). 
The Italian AC3 5.1 was encoded from the same re-constructed raw audio tracks used for DTS HD-MA 
with no quality loss. 
The Spanish AC3 5.1 audio track was re-sampled, enhanced, re-synched, re-constructed to
7.1 and re-encoded
at maximum DTS-HD MA quality (and converted to 24bit).
In both cases the LFE channel was
taken directly from the English DTS-HD MA audio track because it sounds louder 
and better with less noise. The
same goes for the left and right side channels. 
Regarding the extras, due to disc size limited to BD-50 format, a
couple of Making Of had to go. Everything else
has been included.

Regarding the custom menu, due to
MultiAVCHD bugs and limitations don't use "setup" on titles
other than the main movie, it would lead to a crash on
most players. Otherwise all titles play fine.
And for language audio and subtitles selection just use your player
remote controls menu and buttons
to switch, it's easier.
